Camp Synthesis embodies the melding of three things: Synthesizers, Sake, and Sushi. Here's the concept: People who like producing music with synths, midi instruments, drum machines, etc., hanging out, jamming, teaching others to make music, performing live sets, share Japanese food, and sharing a drink (日本酒). Daytime event include interactive synthesizer jams in our domesynths, drum machines, samplers, vocoders, and sequncers. Following learning something, we will host a synth jam circle, where anyone can show up and jam with us or use the synths we've got. We'll have a small sound system and will host some live performances for anyone who wants to come to "Open Synth" hour. Following the Sushi Bar nights, we will host DJ sets from guest SF based DJs.
